Well good morning! I'm trying to decide what to call a week. It should be 7 days, but I think I may just suck it up and let my first week be short so I can have a week end quite tidy like on Mondays. I will not be weighing in today though ha ha. I'll do that tomorrow. I feel way too bloated after the rum and coke from yesterday.
So I may end this week tomorrow so I have five full days to finish my weekly goals, then do the next week ending/starting on Monday. I will skip weigh in's for the next two weeks while I'm on vacation. I decided I'm going to take up the C25K while on vacation as a way to keep up with my exercise. I'm loving the results from exercise alone, and I am getting really excited to add diet. Looking good for February 2nd, but I'll evaluate when I get closer.
Well, I guess I better get to my goals today.
Mini-Goals
Complete the three work projects that got pushed on Friday
Complete sewing figure skating dress so it is ready to be embellished
Get color printer working
Print labels
List bath salts in store.
Workout
Well, that should keep me VERY busy today, so I guess I had better get to it. I'll weigh in tomorrow, so keep your fingers crossed!
Update
Well, I got work done, and my workout, but it pretty much ended there.
I'm feeling really run down, and tool a nap, now I am hitting a 9 pm bedtime. It was probably the rum and soda lol. I haven't been drinking anything other then water, coffee, and red wine. Well, at least I got my workout in, even if I had to FORCE myself:-)
