I got a new scale, turns out I am 18 pounds heavier, so the number is bigger, but I had a lose.
I worked hard to overcome the week before, but I still had a weekend. I really tried to stay 100% OP, but I had some week moments. Still, much better then the week before, and this week will be SPOT ON, I promise (myself).
I went out Saturday night with a bunch of friends. I had such a great time, and wasn't even tempted to drink. I stuck to diet coke, and our waitress was ADORABLE and kept bringing them to me without asking. I met a really good looking guy, but he lives in Portland (boo hoo). I plan to see him when he comes back to town next month:)
Daily goals (from last week):
Complete all my work for call and the audit. (mostly, still a little to do)
Stay 100% On Plan each day(nope)
Drink ALL my water(YES!! and a BUNCH more!!)

Well, last week was evil when you look at what I did vs what I accomplished. I can't stand to feel the way I let myself feel last week. I can't stand how helpless I became, how I was a slave to my insecurities and my desire to just give in, and give up.
This week I will accomplish very much, I will lose that four extra pounds, and kick a few of it's friends to the curb. I can do this, and I will.
