Today is Thursday January 6th 2011, so I am a little worried about meeting my weekly goals. I have posted them up and will sincerely work on crossing them off!
I can't believe how much I weigh. Oh well, no use dwelling on how or why I got there, I am concentrating and working on a vision in head that is so much healthy and happier.
I got the Kinect for Christmas, so my daily workouts are the Your Shape personal training. I chose "Nice and Easy" to start out. Day one KILLED me, but it has become quite pleasant now by day 4, and I actually really look forward to it. I follow my personal training session with the Tai Chi to cool down, and now my muscles are becoming more rebellious to my balance, so it is not as smooth as the first time. It seems weird and backwards, but I know my muscles are just going through an adjustment, and it will be so much smoother when they get with the program:-)
My mini goals for today are:
Complete workout (done)
Complete top half of skate dress
make labels for bath salts
move books from bedroom to storage in basement
Clean all clothes in bedroom up and find them homes in new closet
Work on Chapter One in Mind's Power Unleashed
Since I still have a lot of job work to do today, I better get to it!

Alright, it's 7:30 pm now, and I can't move!
I actually completed all my goals today, I'm so happy. I even got a good start on the bottom half of the skate dress and made it halfway to chapter two.
My parents were supposed to watch the baby while I went on vacation. Well, that's how the conversation I had went. The conversation they had said they could help if I needed it. Ooops. So I had to take an uncomfortable portion of the day trying to sort that. Now they have decided they want to take my older daughter to Canada with them, so we are scrambling to get an expedited passport. Ha ha ha, at least I never get bored! Look forward to seeing that on my mini-goals for tomorrow.
