This is by far the most I have ever weighed!!!
I started my exercise regiment on the 3rd and have followed it for four days. I am sore, but it feels great! I am working on making exercise a habit. It is said that 28 days makes a habit. So I only have 22 more days to go. I'm a little worried about how I will keep up on the exercise while I am on vacation (Jan 15-25), but I will be in sunny Southern Florida, so I am thinking I will WOG (Walk/Jog) and do Tai Chi daily. I will have my wireless modem and my ipad with me, so I will keep up on my posts.
Since this is my weekly post I will add my weekly goals here.
Weekly Mini Goals
Read and instigate 3 chapters of Mind's Power Unleashed
Lose two inches total
Complete sewing Figure skate competition dress
Make labels for bath salts and list 5 bottles for sale
Clean bedroom
This covers my weekly goals, so next Monday the 10th I will post the results. I will not check weight or measure till then:-)
