Resolutions

For my New Year's resolution I am going for a complete make over inside out. It sounds overwhelming, and it is kind of.

I don't really go in for resolutions, but I been working on this one for quite a while, so I guess it's more of a goal then a resolution, it just seemed like the most solid place to start.

Here is the list of my problems:
I'm fat, not obese technically, but very close.
I'm frumpy
I'm moody
I'm depressed
I'm unorganized
I'm unmotivated
I'm unpopular
I'm out of shape
I have very little self-confidence
I'm negative

All of these things together (yes some of them are very similar)combine to help me keep and add the fat.

Here is what I am doing (in order)

Daily exercise (I'm starting with a half hour of gentle cardio, and working up to real exercise).

I'm reading and instigating Sam Chauhan's Mind's Power Unleashed. He is an amazing Life/Poker coach; I will be concentrating on the life part.

Dieting (This will start in full force AFTER I make exercise a habit)

I will Set and meet mini goals (to build motivation and confidence), these will be both daily and weekly, but will not extend past a week.

I will concentrate on making new friends that I interact with in the real world.

Here’s how it looks to me:

Exercise
Decrease fat
Shape and tone
Enhance mood
Create Motivation
Get in tip top shape

Mini Goals
Inspire organization
Increase sense of accomplishment
Increase self confidence
Create Motivation
Increase positivity
Enhance mood

Make Friends
Boost popularity
Increase self confidence
Enhance mood
Create Motivation
Increase positivity

So, that’s where I’m at. I will post daily my goals set and met. I will post weekly my weight and measurements. I will blog whenever I feel like it about my accomplishments or challenges.

In an effort to boost my positive and eliminate the negative, I will not be using the word failure in my head or blog. If you catch me being negative, please try and stop me. I will discuss my challenges and extend a goal occasionally that I have yet to meet. I will not erase a goal, and in categories I will force myself to complete a goal before I move on to a new goal.

That’s it in a nut shell. I hope you follow along and offer words of encouragement. If your like me at all, maybe you will join me in this revolution to reclaim the fit, positive, accomplished person who has been trapped inside me for so long.
