Mmmmmm cookies!

I made these a few days ago. They were tasty, but the texture was wrong, they needed to be perfected. I made them again today, and they are absolutely delicious. I only have a couple packages of peach oatmeal left, and now I'm very sad to see it go!

Peachy Blondes
Preheat oven to 385

1 pkg peach oatmeal
1 pkg vanilla pudding
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon egg beaters
1/2 teaspoon sf vanilla
1/4 cup water
1 pkt splenda

Mix dry ingredients then add wet. Mix to a paste. Divide into six equal portions and flatten into cookie shapes. Bake for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes then flip, flatten with spatula and bake for an additional 4 1/2 to 6 mins. (4 1/2 should be enough on both sides)

Makes 2 meals

  1. Thanks for posting this... I'm going to have to try getting the peach oatmeal next time I get food... it seems to be 'the one' for cookies etc... :-)

I loved Key West (wayyyy back in 1993, I think) - only spent one day there, and a day in Key Largo ~ but I can see why people live there!

I'm on Day 37 of MF and have lost 30lbs, and lover reading all the creative low-carb AND low-fat recipes on the mymedifast boards, though I've not posted much.

Anyway - just saying "Hi!" and Keep on Keepin' On!!
