Three pounds down and 3.5 inches gone!! It doesn't seem like a ton, but I promise, it is!!
I didn't really get to my goals this last week. The first week on Medifast always saps me of my ability/desire to do anything else. Just concentrate on making things balance out, logging everything, and staying on plan.
I have my energy back today, and am finally feeling motivated to accomplish again, so I am leaving my goals the same as last week.
One thing I did do last week was start an artist community Meetup group. I have 8 members (lol), and am having a meetup tonight (1 person coming). I am going to suck it up and venture into the real world where I will talk to strangers rather then sit in a corner alone. I will overcome the obstacles I have put in front of myself and be the best person I can be.
