Totals -7.5 pounds -0 inches

Ha ha ha ha Okay, dirty trick. 7.5 pounds gone, and no inches. I must be bloated or something this morning:)

I didn't "diet" last week. I did try to eat right and exercise, I guess that was good. I ate too much over the weekend, but I did really good otherwise.

I won't lie, dieting is HARD. Especially when I take alcohol out of the equation. I made it through the week. I didn't eat anything off the plan, and I din't drink anything but coffee, water, and ice tea. I did good. I feel good. I am tired though, very sleepy right now. I am not blaming the Diet though, I am blaming the book "Game of Thrones". I am almost finished, and I couldn't put it down last night. So good! I highly recommend.

Daily goals (from last week):

Get the house deep cleaned this week, one or two rooms a day. (did upstairs) Stay 100% On Plan each day (did yay!) Drink ALL my water (did) work on the figure skate website, and actually make progress (no progress)

Get the house deep cleaned this week, Basement edition. Stay 100% On Plan each day Drink ALL my water work on the figure skate website, get merchandise up for competition


I know my goals are basically the same, but I have a busy week, and I can't see realistically achieving any more. I will be VERY happy with myself if I get these accomplished.
