What?!? 7 inches? That's CRAZY. I'll take it, but, weird.
I didn't "diet" last week. I did try to eat right and exercise, I guess that was good. I ate too much over the weekend, but I did really good otherwise.
I started Medifast this morning, so this is my official day one:) I am excited to getting everything back in it's proper place in so many ways.
I started spring cleaning my house yesterday. I know it's a late start, but I am doing it now, and the past is the past. I started with my bedroom. I finally got most of the stuff I had been putting off for almost a year in there done. It feels so good. I got the closet cleaned, and the furniture re-arranged. I moved my desk to by my bed, and my vanity to an area it will stay clean in. I created a reading corner, and finally got the big bookshelf out of my closet. I moved most of my books to the bookshelves downstairs, so now I am going to have to fill this one up slowly:) I have the clothes in my closet to sort, and the laundry to put away then I am DONE. That shouldn't take to long, so tonight I should be able to get the living room deep cleaned. Hopefully the kid will clean her room, but I am not holding my breath.
Daily goals (from last week):
EXERCISE 30 MINS A DAY (only two days)
Eat right and log my food (all but two days)
Work round the clock all week to get things back in line (yes, things are just about upright again)
Daily goals this week:
Get the house deep cleaned this week, one or two rooms a day.
Stay 100% On Plan each day
Drink ALL my water
work on the figure skate website, and actually make progress
I am changing my goals this week. The housecleaning will be enough workout for this low calorie diet until my body adjusts to it. I am still just plugging away trying to get to a more organized and productive me:)
