Holy YUCK!! I guess drinking beer and eating too much food is very, very bad. It is also something I keep struggling with HUGE!!
Next Monday I am going to go back to Medifast. Hopefully I will be committed enough to stick with it. I shouldn't have dropped it in the first place just because I was having a lull, but I am severely not patient enough. I'm working on it.
I started the morning in pain (sciatic) and feeling disconnected, but I have shaken off that silliness. I am going to finish the day productive, and the ice pack helped the back enough that I can walk and sitting isn't to bad right now. (YAY!!!)
By Monday I will make sure I only have the right foods in the house to help curb temptation. I already have plans that involve friends and drinking this weekend, so I will just do my best to keep it lo-cal. I'd really rather not gain any more before I officially start. So, yes, I will be drinking "Skinny Margarita's" this weekend.
Daily goals (from last week):
EXERCISE 30 MINS A DAY (obviously I did not. Just one day last week)
Eat right and log my food (Nope)
Work round the clock all week to get things back in line (This I did do, and is responsible for a TON of my stress)

I am leaving these goals here for this week as well. I should add some new ones, but I have the same type of week, so I will leave them for now.
