Totals 0 pounds -4.5 inches

Well, that's not so bad. I would rather I had lost some weight too, but since I didn't get around to dieting, just exercise, and only three days of it, I am going to count this as a success.

I try to keep this blog related to my personal challenges only. I have blogs and social media to deal with the rest of it, so aside from goals set/met, I try to keep personal stuff out of it. That being said, it was a great week filled with inspirational people, and I am feeling freshly optimistic today. I am going back to tracking everything that goes in my mouth, and making sure I feel good about what I put there:)


Daily goals (from last week):

Exercise 30 minutes (3 days)
Complete the work needed to be done today (kind of, still a goal for this week)
Back to School shopping (derp, I think I am skipping it this year)
Ice Skating spreadsheet for Clothing items for sale (I did this!)

Daily goals this week:

EXERCISE 30 MINS A DAY
Eat right and log my food
Work round the clock all week to get things back in line!

I know this seems short for daily goals, but honestly I have so much work to do, that this alone seems overwhelming. I know I can do it though, and I will:)
