Weight 184.5 (+6.7)
Arms- 12.5 (+.5)
Bust- 39 (+3.5)
Waist- 36 (+4)
Hips- 44 (+4)
Thigh- 25 (+1.5)

Totals +6.7 pounds +13.5 inches

Oh My Goodness, this is alarming. There was a pretty good reason I was avoiding the scale completely for the last several months!

I have completely disregarded my resolution as it pertained to losing weight and getting in shape! I have gone back to fast food, and I have been calling beer my friend.

On the other hand, life is very pleasant. The other half of my resolution I have followed through with gusto. I have worked hard to be more social. I have made new friends that I love and enjoyed many adventures with them all summer long:) I even have a THIRD date this week. A third. It may sound silly to be this excited over a third date, but whatever, I am.

I am going to get back to the resolution as of today. No more fast food, no more beer. I am not certain what, if any diet will be done. I think I need to work on the exercise and beer thing until they are real habits (I got SO close last time!!)

I will write more later as I really have a TON to get done this week.

Exercise 30 minutes
Complete the work needed to be done today
Back to School shopping
